I want to generate Subtitle bitmap for a video (which will be later converted to TS of subtitles). I m extracting PTS from Video stream and encoding it in the corresponding PES header of my Subtitle before bitmap creation. But the problems I m facing are :
1] My set top box is not following the Timecode i.e. PTS encoded.
2] Even though i don't encode PTS (i.e. encode 0 instead of PTS) then also it shows the subtitles. (How ?)
3] What are the factors to be considered while encoding PTS?
So, can anybody please Help me to resolve this issue with PTS encoding???
