Need help setting up EPG (1 Viewer)

I live in california and i only have the basic channels from 1 to 77

running media portal 2.3.0 and im pretty new with the program

are there any FREE ways to get the scheduling and import them in media portal to use the TV GUIDE feature? Thanks!
