Need help to add PCTV 72e stick (1 Viewer)

Hi everybody ,
I want to add my pinnacle pctv 72e stick to mp0.2.3 native cards.
Here is what i have add to carddefinitions.xml :

Finally it's ok !!!
I've "just" reinstalled TVSERVER , last MP SVN from today with MSSQL SERVER EXPRESS , and everything is ok now !!!!!!!

Help

I read your recent post. I too have this usb capture device (Pinnacle 72e usb). Have installed MP 0.2.3.0 stable version and have XP sp2.
When I enter capturecarddefinitions.xml I simple copied and pasted your above into it. I launch config but it still does not detect my capture device. Could you tell me if media portal server is necessary to install as well. Where is the MP svn located?
I didn't install the pinnacle software only the driver on the disc that came with device. Any help would be great.

If it is a DVB card, the general advice is to use TVE3, which should auto detect card.

Support for the inbuilt MyTV is very limited as no further work is being done on this.
