Hi,

I've just uninstalled tv server and it's crippled my belkin wireless usb adapter driver. Same problem when I tried it a few weeks ago a roll back solved the problem then, no luck this time though, problem is that xp has added the driver to it's library so after uninstalling and reinstalling the device it uses the old one automatically (no prompt for software) question is how can I remove it from my system?.
Symptoms are that the adapter sees the router max strength but wont connect, my laptop connects fine.

Hi,

When I uninstall the adapter and driver then plug the adapter back in XP just uses a backup of the corrupt driver and will not come up with the 'new hardware found' routine. No driver updates will be accepted because the corrupted one is the latest version, Ive tried deleting it from the sys32 directory but XP keeps replacing it.
