Network Transfer Speed (1 Viewer)

Awhile ago there was a post about a freeware utility which would allow you to throttle back the network transfer speed so that if you were transferring files off of your MP computer, it wouldn't completely bog it down.

I've tried searching using various keywords but can't seem to find the post.

Anyone remember the name of this program, or can suggest another one?

Netlimiter allows you to define the speed on a per program basis. Unfortunalty its payware.

I gave it a try, however it really didn't seem to do anything at all for me.
