New dvbc file for provider Ziggo (formely essent area) Brabant / Limburg (1 Viewer)

Hi,

A lot has changed for us living in areas previously served by Essent, Multikabel or Casema. This is now 1 company called Ziggo. Over time also the frequencies changed, so here is a new one for the area I live, which is in the state Brabant (but the file is the same for people living in the Limburg).

This file replaces the The Netherlands-home.limburg.brabant.dvbc (to put it in other words, can be removed).
Please add in latest SVN build.

I did create also .dvbc files for all the other areas of Ziggo. (used the same naming format as Doornjoostje)

Maybe these files can also be added to the SVN.

There was a older on from June this year in there. Replaced it with your newer version.
