Channel 31 (the local community station) is now transmitting a digital signal on a frequency of 557500.

There is also a test signal for 3D on 578500.

I dunno what the correct format is for the XML, but here's a dump of the section from my attempt to add the frequencies to dvbt.xml:

Code:
  <country name="Australia - Vic - Melbourne" offset="125">
    <carrier frequency="177500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="191500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="219500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="226500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="536500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="557500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
    <carrier frequency="578500" bandwidth="7"></carrier>
  </country>

    Please put the attached file to your TV server tuning parameters directory. This is usually (on Vista and 7) in the "C:\ProgramData\..." folder (don't know the exact path right now, but there should be plenty of other xml files with tuning details).

    Is that for 1.0.2 installs or the 1.1.0 RCs?

    I didn't find anything that resembles a collection of XML files.

    Just paste this
    %ProgramData%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters
    to the windows explorer adressbar and the correct folder will show up

    That folder does not exist on my server.

    I ended up making the changes to dvbt.xml in %ProgramFiles%\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal TV Server\TuningParameters

    I read that page when I first attempted to install the new channels. I double checked the version of tvservice.exe just to check I wasn't going nuts and reading the wrong docs. The version of the file is definitely 1.0.2.22555.

    I don't know why my first attempt to update dvtb.xml failed, but this time it worked and I now have the new channels appearing in my setup.

    Thanks
