Well I decided to get a new HTPC case I saw this on ebay and had to get it I love the clean look to it.

First I had to remove everything from the old case and get it all ready to go in the new case.

Then I took replaced the cpu cooler with this Silverstone one
    Newegg.com - SILVERSTONE NT07-AM2 80mm CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

I replaced the fan it came with to a Silenx fan
The two case fans were already Silenx fans when I got it
Then I replaced the 120mm fan in the psu to a Silenx

I had to find a good way to mount the hdd since I use a 2.5" IDE and my dvd burner
is also IDE and there was no slot under the dvd drive for a hdd so I had to improvise
since the IDE cable wont reach over to the hdd bays which I removed anyways.

I hooked the hdd to the bottom of the dvd drive mount with a zip tie and put some foam
    inbetween just so nothing vibrated

I had a usb IR receiver and I wanted to mount it in the case and since this case
is made to take a OLED screen in the front it had a piece of clear plastic already
in it, so I took my usb receiver and poped the cover off and mounted it in the case
    right behind the window

Then of course I had to neaten up all the wires so it looked nice

Too bad the OLED never got to work under MediaPortal, I would have bought one of those cases myself if it worked, but now it's all in the past. Let's hope that better displays comes around - I'm already tired of my 2x16 VFD

Its actually one that came with a Aver Media tv tuner I had but it was in a little case
and I took it out of the case, could do the same with any usb ir receiver.
