new install, Media Portal not loading completing, black screen (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Just completed a first time install of MediaPortal on my Toshina A25-S207 laptop. I believe my system satisfies the HW and SW requirements. After install, MediaPortal starts to load, there are a few screen messages and then black screen. Log file is attached.

Any suggestions, advise or requests for more information is welcome.

Looking forward to seeing this run.
