Has anyone out there managed to get the new (as of RC 0.3) MyBlaster plugin working with their Foxtel Digital Set Top Box? I discovered that after installing RC0.3 my set top box was no longer receiving commands from MediaPortal. A quick search through the forums confirmed that there was a new version of the MyBlaster plugin out, which I have downloaded.
However, I note that whereas the old plugin was called MyBlaster.exe, and had a corresponding MyBlaster.dat file, the new one is called Blaster.exe, and has a Blaster.log file.
There was a lot of difficulty initially getting the MyBlaster plugin to communicate with the Foxtel Set top box (The Pace 420). I have subsequently discovered that these problems seem to be repeating themselves in the case of the new MyBlaster plugin. Even after going through & learning the various commands, none of them have any effect on the foxtel set top box when the test function is used.
If there's anyone out there that has the new MyBlaster plugin working with their foxtel set top box, could they forward their blaster.log file to me please? Alternatively, is there any way for one of the current decelopers of the MyBlaster plugin to convert the old MyBlaster.dat file into the format required in the new blaster.log file.
Thanks in advance for your support.
