hi everyone, i would like to create some banners and background for a spanish serie which is not in http://thetvdb.com/ i would like to know if i can do this locally without having to fill all the information at http://thetvdb.com/

i want to start locally and if i get something good, then upload it for the rest.

Go for it. Any banner uploaded to thetvdb needs to be a 758x140 jpg.
