New to Portal, need TV help (1 Viewer)

I have been using VMC for a while now. I've gotten fed up with the limitation of the program, Trying to make the move to Media Portal.
I have gotten the majority of the Portal to work the way I want it. Need help setting up my TV tuners.
I have an Avermedia card and two HDHR tuners. When I bring up the TV server config no tuners are shown. It's gotta' be something simple I missed right? The setup within portal gives me a missing .XML file error, I figure thats because the server isn't set up right?
Need help with my Thermaltake DH-102 remote setup too, but that can wait.

need more information. Have you checked that the cards are installed correctly, using other software?

Been using VMC for a while now, so yes, I know that all the tuners are operational.
HTPC consists of a DH-102 case, EVGA 780i MOBO, 4G Corsair RAM, EVGA GTS250 GPU, WD 1TB HDD, running Vista 64 bit Ultimate SP2 with all updates applied. Downloaded and installed the latest Portal following the Instruction set over on the AVS forums.

I have an Avermedia M870 installed and two HDHomerun tuners on the network and no TV in mediaPortal

I did live the similar issue.

Uninstall MSSQL Server, uninstall MP 1.0.2. (use RevoUninstaller)

Install Alpha 1.1.

Well, that got me nowhere, and now the moving pictures skin is screwed up as well. Seem to be moving in the wrong direction.
