If I open the box and relese the cassette with the dvd and hdd and let it "hang free" in the air the pitch goes away. When I screw it back the sound comes with it. This is so frustrating. Should I go back to the store with it or is there a simple solution(and cheap) for making such sounds go away?</p></blockquote><p></p>
