Hi all!

i'm looking for a neew TV-Card for the kitchen PC, today i'm using Hauppauge PVR-150

Althou it lacks some features i want!

REQUIRMENTS
dual tuners
the case is a MSI MEGA PC = no room for 2 PCI cards
the PC is in the kitchen = no way i can hide an external Card

Tele-Text
it's a real pain to run all the way down the stairs to look up the latest news!

IR-Reciver
not a must but if not included PLEASE recommend a cheap one that workd with Logitech Harmony.

Realy love this software !! and everything works like a charm except for the lack of these things.

What about the Asus MyCinema P7131 Dual TV/FM Tuner.
It has two disadvantages.... It's not stereo and it has no hardware MPEG2 support, which is not realy a problem if you only watch tv on it and don't use it for recording (you do need a capable processor). What about the Hauppauge PVR-500?
This card has 2 x PVR-150 in it.

As for teletext, it should work on you card.(don't know for sure)

As for the IR-Reciver, if it works on the PVR-150, it will work with the 500.

I belive the PVR-500 is the best you can get... sarch for reviews - Hauppauge wins 'em al... PVR-500 is just like 2xPVR-150, I belive.

and btw; You SHOULD get a HW-based card!
