Newbie needs a cheap TV card suggestion (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I am just discovering MediaPortal and it looks to be a great fit for me. I have an older PC that I have setup to experiment with. My budget is very tight at the moment. My PC has a single PCI slot available. I live in the US so I need a ATSC tuner. Can anyone suggest a cheap tuner? I also have a USB port or two available. I am currently getting my TV OTA.

So far I've had good luck with the Sabrent TV-USBHD ATSC & Digital HDTV tuner. $20 US + shipping from TigerDirect. Been using it for about four days on a Samsung RF511 laptop running Windows 7 HP 64-bit.

I'd go for a used Hauppauge card from eBay. You can get dual tuner cards for relatively cheap in both PCI and PCI-e.
