News plugin: Option to popup new news for selected feeds (1 Viewer)

It would be nice to be able have a setting per feed for showing a popup in case of a new message. I could imagine having the following options

• no pop: for less important feeds and frequently updated ones
  Examples: news feeds like cnn or spiegel
• a small popup with autoclose delay: for more important feeds
  Example: MP's blog feed
• a small popup without autoclose: for very important feeds
  Example: MP's news feed

What do you think about it?
Anybody got inspired to create some beautiful mockups?

I like the idea of small popups for NEWS feed.
