"NGS TV +" Card (1 Viewer)

I've got an old tv-tuner card called "NGS TV +". Information is hard to find but this is what I got:

MediaPortal recognizes the card as an "Conexant TvTuner", but MediaPortal can't find any tv-channel.
The card works. I know it because the card works on the (crappy) software given by NGS.

Any one who can help install the card?
