Synopsis::

My TV works fine, but when I record something, during recording and on playback there is no audio. I can play the files that I have recorded back outside of MP in Windows Media Player, and the audio is fine. I can also playback a DVD from within MP and all is fine there also. I have tried several different configurations of Audio Decoders and so far have had no luck. I am currently using the nvidia pure video decoders.I would appreciate any and all suggestions.

audio problem

I am having the same problem. For some reason I'm not getting any audio. I have the same problem with Sage and Wintv as well. I am bringing in my audio via an edirol ua-1a usb device. Does most of the software look for it directly from the tuner card? If so is that a mono signal cecause I would rather bring it in with the composite.

I tried SVideo as well but no sound from that as well. Is there a setting I should be changing?
