Synopsis::

I am unable to get audio working. I have tried with my server/client(single seat) and a client using vlc.

I have tried two different driver versions, but no go.

additional problem: In the channel setups I cant seem to get the right country set up. This is probably just a minor bug, but I feel I should mention it.


As for the streaming audio issue: Last year I tried to stream tv using vlc with the wintv application. I ended up with no audio. The reason as I understod it is that hauppauge changed something in the driver which ment streaming did'nt work anymore. I got it to work with an old driver, but the driver was horrible. If it's of any help I could try and look for the info.

A few questions:

Is there any special way to update. I just used add/remove and removed the mediaportal tv server entry and the small mediaportal entry, then reinstalled the svn, tv server and tv plugin.

Is this ok or do I have to do something else aswell?

The country thing. Is this just a minor bug that has no effect on anything else, or should I strive to find out what the problem is?
