No Autotune period (1 Viewer)

Well the install (version 0.1.3.0) went fine apparently but when I follow the setup wizard and get to the manual tv scan nothing happens. It is like the button doesn't exist. The radio manual tuning seems to work fine but actually it is only the TV portion I care about. I am new to this type software so please advise on what logs etc I need to post to help resolve the issue.

Me too, I'm still trying a number of ways to get it to work so I can tune in manually.

If you want some help to get autotune to work correctly, then please read the first topic in this forum, and then post your fully completed Support Template and the required log files - that should give us some clues as to what the issue might be...
