No banner / images (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have MP 1.0.0.0 with TVSeries plug-in 2.1.3331
Everything works but I have no no banner, no posters, and no images on all series.
I made test with skins Blue3Wide and Monochrome, but without success.

Can someone help me ?

Try creating an account on Online TV Database - An open directory of television shows for HTPC software. Might just be my imagination, but the import would stop for me unless I had done the steps I describe below.

Under Online Data, click on 'Account Identifier', fill in the info, copy the info from the account identifier field into 'Account ID' under Online Data.

It might also be closed ports/firewall program restrictions. Try with those turned off.

If one of these fixed it, TV Series should start working and autoupdate while you have MediaPortal running. Also try a forced media search/refresh/whatever from within TV Series (F9 to enter menu).
