No card found message for terratec cinergy 600 (1 Viewer)

I have problem to get message no tv card found. I use the cinergy 600 compatible tv card from medion.

Other aplications run well!

I get the error no tv card detected. But I can look TV with WiNDVR and other software. How can get this working???
