No episode info with the latest version? (1 Viewer)

Since I installed the latest version of MyTVSeries (2.0.3279), I'm having trouble getting episode information for new episodes that I download. It'll find the file but not get a match from TheTVDb (or whatever the problem is) so in my episode list it'll display like this (example for the latest episode for 30 Rock):

7: HDTV-DIMENSION

The file is called 30.Rock.S03E07.720p.HDTV.X264-DIMENSION.mkv. It won't display any information about airdate, writer, director or rating either.

If I delete my database and do a new import, it'll only find a few of my series (7 out of 30), and neither of them has any episode information, so something seems to be wrong with the MyTVSeries-dll. Anyone else has this problem?

I'm using the StreamedMP skin if that should matter (I think not, since it seems to be a plugin error). I can't see anything strange in the logs either.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Yes, I'm sure the information for episodes are in TheTVDb.com, I've double checked.

I deleted my old database and did a new import. This time I didn't get any banners as well as no episode info. My two images below show this, the first is the series overview (I want to display wide banners for all series), and the second is when I've entered the show 30 Rock. As you can see, no episode information is available and the episode names are not displayed.

I looked under C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Team MediaPortal\MediaPortal\thumbs where I know the old banners and fanart where saved, but now there isn't even a folder for TVSeries. What's going wrong here? Is there a problem connecting to TheTVDb.com (I can surf to the site without any problem) or is there something else that's causing this problem?

What type of sorting are you using for your series - "DVD" or "Aired"? Try to use "aired" on all series. Thetvdb.com very often has glitches with DVD sorting.
Try to rename episodes so that they could match one of the standard rules.
At the last screenshot episode info is hidden to prevent spoilers. You could clear the checkbox in configuration, or mark episode "watched" to view this info.
If nothing helped, post the logs here.

Also, there could be something wrong with the online db xmls files that are being downloaded...please use the latest version of TVSeries or StreamedMP 0.4.298 which has it included.

If there is something wrong with the data online, in this build it will continue gracefully but also log what the problem is. (Assuming thats your problem)

Thanks for your replies. I deleted my database and did a new import, this time setting all sorting to "Aired" - I was previously using "DVD" on a couple of shows that I know had been aired out of order (like Buffy for instance) - and this time all data was retrieved correctly. I got the banners, and the show and episode info as well.

I was using StreamedMP 0.4.298, so I had the latest version of TVSeries, but I guess the problem was due to the sorting. Anyway, it's looking good now, so thans for all the help! :)
