No graph and unable to timeshift daily (1 Viewer)

Hi, I get this fault reoccuring everyday. Usually after a recording has taken place.

The only way to fix it is to restart the tv service, after that it seems to work fine for quite a while.

I have tried a complete reinstall but the fault still occurs.

Logs attached, please take a look, any advice appreciated, look for 2009-02-23 12:06 which was when I
switched on today.
