    Hi!

    I use MP on my Latop quit a while now. No problems until this week. I can't start Live TV on this client. All other clients work fine, so no problem on the Server side.

    If I try to start live TV the server starts the time shift but nothing is shown in in MP.

    Attached you'll find the logs from the client ... hope anyone point me in the right direction.

    Very stange...this is the exact same thing that happened to me yesterday. I too have a client set up on my laptop which was working perfectly then a day or two ago it just stop working. Anytime I try to start the LiveTV stream it just hangs. Everything else seems to work except the TV.

    Let me know if you figure it out!

    Here are the log files for the client. I am having he same problem.

    Anyone have any ideas???

    OK that is really exactly the same problem.

    Guys can you set the information level to debug in the MP config, maybe we will see more.

    hmm not realy more infos inside the new logs.

    When you start the live tv, what happen exactly, stays the screen black, do you hear somthing?
    What happen when you switch to another channel?

    If I set it so the TV doesn't turn on when you enter the TV mode everything is fine until I select a channel to view then it freezes. The screen does change, no sound, no reaction to remote or key movements. I have to terminate it via the taskmanager.

    If I have it set to turn on TV when I enter the TV mode I get just a blank blueback ground screen, like it is going to display the TV mode but just never gets there (I've left it for 20 minutes even but its just frozen).

    Any other ideas???

    Like I said, the client on the server machine works perfectly.

    Not sure if it made and difference in the amount of info in the LOG files but I just completely uninstalled the client on the laptop (full uninstall) and reinstalled and the new log files are attached.

    So, yea, still doesn't work after a fresh install.
