Hi,
When I first turn on the MediaPortal (after turning on the computer), I do not see the TV picture, I only hear sound. After disabling and enabling MediaPortal again (only Frontend without restarting Windows or TVserver), everything is ok, just as if I change the channel (in 60% of cases it helps).
If during the first run MediaPortal I start to record a program that I turn first - I do not see an image on it, it will record it without a problem (with the picture and sound), while recording the first program where I can not see the image, I change it for another also does not have to it records the image and also without any problem.
I've tried to change the codecs but that did not help.

I see from your logs that you're using MDAPI. We don't provide support for MDAPI as per our policy -->here<--. Please reproduce the problem without the use of MDAPI and we'll be happy to help.

TsReader.ax is located in the MP Client installation folder and don't forget to make a backup of the old one

I can't give you MDAPI support here, but you could check your setup with a stresstest in the TvServiceSetup or preview channels within the config of TvService and see if everything is fine And check if everything is descrambled right
