    Hi there!

I have just upgraded my Arcsoft Total Media Theatre with the latest patch 2.1.6.113.

If i use the H.264 codec "Arcsoft Video Decoder", I get no picture in Media Portal, when playing HDTV (tested with Discovery HD, History Channel HD and SVT HD). Sound is working just fine.
My first thought was that this is a bug in the Arcsoft package, but if I try to play the same channels in DVBViewer, it works just fine!

Can anyone please advice, is there anything I can do to resolve this myself? Is this a problem with MP, or is it a problem with the Arcsoft package?
I will be more than glad to open a support request with Arcsoft, but as this ssem to be a problem with MP, or MP and Arcsoft together, I need someone who are more an expert in this area to tell me what to say and ask for from thier Support!

I would really like to be able to replace the PowerDVD codec i use today, as I'm having problems with the PowerDVD audio codec :-(

What I did while recording the log files: Opened MP from MP Test Tool. Opened EPG. Selected History Chanel HD, and watched (listened to) the channel for 30-60 seconds. Then I closed MP, and gathered the logs

If you want to test this out yourself, you can get a free trial (fully functional) from here

No, I have not heard anything in a while.

Maybe they work harder if you too register a suppor case.

Anyway, I will write to them for an update.
