No recording possible, but timeshift & lifeTV works (1 Viewer)

I have got a problem with recording, it just does not work. LiveTV works fine, timeshift also. Can somebody see something from my debug log and help, please? I am storing everything on my drive D: which is another harddisk. Until yesterday morning everything was working, dont know what has happend. Maybe my update of nvidia graphic and mb drivers? Can not swich back.....

Any ideas ?

Is your chosen record folder empty or is your problem linked to this if there are recordings and they just do not show.

I also have thid by the looks of it, recording no longer works at all. on a client (havent't tried on the server PC yet) I start TV and press the record now button (or press "R" in fullscreen mode, no difference), I get asked if I want to record the current program or just go till manual stop then after I answer that the dialogue closes, that's it, no red dot, no recording files generated. It looks like I will have to upgrade to an older version.

I just had a look in the database and it appares that a schedual is created but is set to record into no folder (that field is blank). also, my previous recordings are type 3 where the ew ones are type 0, I don't know if that is how it should be or not. also, is it OK for priority to be 0 on all recordings?

thanks for your fast responses!

I am trying to record ts-files, but nothing happens. There is no file created. But when I look liveTV with timeshift there is the buffer.ts files and they are working very well!

And the older recordings are not shown in the recordings view (so looks like I have two problems), but they are there - can play them under "videos" very good.

Hope anyone finds the problem, looks like a small one, but I cant figure it out...

I have also this problem I think. But the recording is added to scheduled recordings. And if I turn off the live tv, then the recording starts.
So my problem is simply that I can't watch and record a channel simultaneously. Timeshift works fine though.

This is a serious problem for me and I can't figure it out on my own. Why can't I start a recording while I am watching the same channel?
But if I start the recording from TV-home screen, with tv switched off, then it works.
I have this problem with RC2 too and all the latest SVN.

Not a problem anymore for me. Sorry for posting non-existing buggs.
Did a clean installation of Windows (as you allways should do) and everything works great now.
Probably a driver and Windows TV-pack mess that caused the problem for me.

I have this exact problem and have re installed windows many times, I cannot fix it.
My issue seems to be the motherboard. Gigabyte EP45-UD3P
I have changed everyting else.
It seems that the motherboard or its drivers are intefering with the recording control.
