Hi forum:
I just installed MediaPortal software and everything seems ok but i can get no TV signal on my screen. When I go to My TV it just shows a black screen with a menu on the left and if I click on "TV On" the program seems to frozen and keeps showing the black screen on the right. When I configured the TV server the program only recognized the analog entry for my card, could it be a symptom of an issue? I have the following configuration:
-AverTV M780WB combo
-windows vista 64 ultimate
-intel core 2 quad 2.4 processor
-4gb RAM
-Asus P5Q motherboard
and I chose ms sql database when configuring MP.
The TV card works normally on WMC and I can watch TV, record programs etc.
Could anybody tell me what could be wrong? thanks in advance for any help of idea. Im a complete newbie
(just got my card 2 days ago) so any indication will be very appreciated.
