No sound after pause then resuming of live TV (1 Viewer)

Looking for some advice here... I have MP 1.0.2.0 installed on XP and Live TV using a HDHomerun. So everything seems to be working fine, passing audio over HDMI to my receiver playing it in 5.1. Anyway, when I pause live tv then resume playing again, video plays fine, but there is no audio. Anyone have any idea why this might be happening?
