    Hi,

I have just upgraded my version 1.0 to 1.0.1 final and had a few issues.

Upgrade progressed without issue, although it required me to download DirectX 9c - August 20008 when that was already installed.

The first problem encountered was found trying to start TvServer configuration and validating that my existing system upgraded correctly. It prompted me to provide the type of SQL DB and connection details that I am using.
I have worked aound the problem by manually entering DB configuration details into Gentle.config.

After this I have been able to start my TvService and the preview works correctly for HD channels.
Unfortunately the SD channels show pictures but no sound.

    Logs are attached.

    Thanks

    Hi edgedemon,

Sorry to hear you're having issues. After having so many problem with 1.01 I rolled back to version 1.0.
Things have been much better since.

My next update will not be on the edge but will be several weeks after actual release. The WAF is a big issue when things turn bad...

    regards
    Matt
