The manual states tha one of the buttons in My TV is Time Shift. On my computer there is no Time Shift, but there several buttons referring to recordings and streams. How does one start time shifting in version 1.0.2.

The documentation is outdated, it is not valid for the present MediaPortal....it was based on the previous release of MediaPortal and the OLD TV-functionality. You can not switch Time-Shifting off.....

There are no Time-Shifting controls on my screen. How do I display the controls?

If you use TVServer, then there is no timeshifting controls.
The TVServer will automatically timeshift whenever someone watch TV.

I guess you mean the top bar plugin for mouse users. There was a problem with it, cannot remember when it was fixed. Maybe after 1.0.2 in the alpha test version.

I am using remote, so not sure.

    Keyboard will also work.
