no top controls when going directly to epg (1 Viewer)

MP is missing the controls at the top of the screen in blue 3 wide when you start up in home and go immediately to the epg with the epg button on the remote. Only when you first go to tv main and then to the epg, the controls are there!
I've reported this about a year ago, but apparently it's still there...
