    Hi,

i have a problem scanning my TEAC NAS for new music.
With the build in Samsung, and the music files there, MP Setup scans it, and adds all music to the database.
When i try the same with the NAS, Setup and NAS are working, but no new files were added to the database.
    What could that be?

    thnx

i would asume the NAS is maped to a drive and you've added the directory of the NAS containing the music files to the shares.
then they should be treated like the local samsung drive.
can you post the log of such a scan?

    Hi,
    yeah, exactly that way.
I even tried only one folder from the share, but with no success.
I tried drive mapped with the ip, and only the share name. Same effect, the NAS is flashing, so mp is accessing it, but no songs added.

The NAS works perfect for film files.

    Logs are here http://pastebin.team-mediaportal.com/11665

    thnx.

    hmm, interesting.
looks like we don't even detect the share at all.
when you start MP and switch to Share view in MyMusic, do you see your directory structure of the NAS?
