No Video on channels in the guide (1 Viewer)

When I select a channel that is listed as No Data Available in the guide it plays with no problems But if the channel has information in the guide then there is no video or sound.

Also why do only some channels have program information in the guide.

More info please, and use MPtestTool from the the mediaportal programs folder and reproduce the problem.

Then upload logs using the advanced\+ feature.
