I am testing SVN 21658 on my dev box, on an Intel Q35 onboard GPU. I've updated the Intel drivers and my DirectX runtime.
When playing a 1080p H.264 MKV, I get absolutely no video, only audio. This is with 3 different decoders: ffdshow, CoreAVC, and MPC Video Decoder.
The same video plays perfectly fine with SVN 21527. I see a lot of changes since that SVN by mr_hipp to PlaneScene.cs, EVRCustomPresenter.cpp, DX9AllocatorPresenter.cpp, etc. I suspect something there has broken playback of video on this Intel chipset (no hardware decoding, pure software).
Logs attached.
