I don't know what Seb has PM'd you, but I can build the new Core CC filter and a replacement Core.dll for MP 1.10 (with Seb's updates) if you need it. Not sure about doing it for MP 1.4 (it's a long way back....).

The new Core CC filter is not MP version specific, but you will have to install the VC2013 redistributable to make it work - get it from http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=40784
