Norwegain (Canal Digital) DVB-S EPG stopped working (1 Viewer)

I did a transponder/channel scan enabled grabbing for every channel. (like before)
Still - barely getting current+next program.

I am a bit afraid it might have something todo with the lousy windows spyware not having/showing "nor" as an language option. - I see "nob" and "nno" , but not "nor" for norwegian. - the same problem for audio language) is solved by editing xml manually, but I see no option to edit that for EPG.

Anyway - that's just a guess, and an experienced user might find something useful in those logs.

Hi.

There was special EPG3 ota "Channel"
In some transponder that give more epg data. You can find it from lyngsat site and add it manually Into tv server as Channel, and then tick only that in tvsetups epg grapper settings. Untic "only same transponder" and refresh epg in manual section.

It has been few years since I have used that satellite, so I hope those special Channel still exist.

assuming you are right, I found http://www.lyngsat.com/Thor-5-6-and-Intelsat-10-02.html - but there is no "epg" or other hint as to which transponder /channel it is..

BTW: in the past years, I know that these channels were "normal" channels (that provided normal content as well) - but in my experience, as the extended EPG got moved around, I just enabled scan of every known channel, that worked fine until recently.

They might have changed something, and that info is not
available in any satellite listning sites yet.

I dunno if they are valid anymore.

@mm1352000 Looking at the link, there's only one occurrence of "EPG" , not realted, I also see one line:
"Guide" , but none of them are for/from canal digital.

Are there any other clues as to which channel it may be ?

Sorry, I have no idea. New Zealand is a long way away from Norway. The popular satellites here aren't listed on KingOfSat.

@Jasmeet_181 Very good attempt, unfortunatly I already have that transponder(those channels ) scanned, but they are scrambled to me (Norwegian subscription, Swedish channels)
