Do you have any clue what might be wrong here?
When I try to play a video in MP I hear a split second of sound, then it looks like MP is minimised to the taskbar, and all I can see is the Windows desktop. There is no error message, but the taskbar seems to be gone. I have to kill and restart explorer.exe to get back to normal.
This happens for any video, independent on file format. It doesn't seem to matter what codec I choose either. Playing the same videos in other programs work fine. It has worked in MP before so I must have done something wrong to upset it, again
