Not recording (1 Viewer)

Hi - I installed MediaPortal a few weeks ago and up to now it has worked OK (apart from the odd crash). However it has now stopped recording. Everything seems to work OK and i get the recording Icon in the screen corner. But when i open up recorded TV the program is not there. Has anybody any help on this before i go through the tedious task of re - installing and setup agai?.
