Notifier in 1.0.1 old tv engine dont work (1 Viewer)

i setup new version MP with old tv engine because i use analog card.
I Dont install Tv server (not neded)
the problem is: does not work TV notifier in MP 1.0.1 and not work in 1.0.
In MP configuration plugins TV notifier is enabled.
In MP tv notifier string is not selectable.
I cant set notifier to chanell programm.
In MP 0.2.3.0 the notifier work fine.

Please HELP.
