Nova-S Plus s-Video and composite input (1 Viewer)

Whilsta it is a DVB-S card the Nova-S plus has an analogue video/input input port
TV Server doesnt seem to recognise this input. Is there anything I can do to get Media portal to view video inout from this card?

I confirm I have the exact same issue. I too would like to use the s-video port of my Nova-S-Plus DVB card.

I can make a new channel, assign its input as svhs#1. But when I try to assign(map) the channel to the nova dvb card it thinks the signal type is dvb, not analog. I cannot preview it, it says no tuning details available.

Is the SVideo socket on the back of the Nova S Plus actually an SVideo input port or did they just use an SVideo connector to supply input to a standard composite port. With my Nova S Plus, it came with an adapter which had a standard RCA style socket wired to an SVideo plug. Perhaps the socket actually feeds a composite input rather than a true SVideo input.

its an actual s-video port. I can use it in other capture software by choosing the appropriate input.
I am sure its a MP limitation, not allowing use of the analog input on the dvb card at the moment.

Iv got the same xact, MP won´t see my Composit og S-VHS input on my TV Card (Pinnacle 330e), tryed manual adding it in channels, still not working (Not using TV Server Ors DVB-S, using DVB-T), Just MP
