There are some issues, leave for a couple of weeks, hopefully gemx tourettes and gibman will have hopefully resolved, i'm updating daily and having issues myself (video playing catchup\stuttering, not recording), but these are all being looked at as i type.

Must admit, prior to returning to testing TVE3, had the internal MyTV working very reliably, once the delay startup feature was incorporated so resume from standby did not fail to connect to T500 drivers.

Good news is, standby issue with T500 may be gone with the new tvserver version as well.

Dualboot Vista+XP, but TVE3 only on xp for testing purposes, have not been in Vista for a few days now.

Which version of MP are you using (with or without svn) + use the MPTestTool if easily reproduceable and post logs using the advanced + feature.

    Hehehehe,
Grab much beer when you schedule for testing TVE3 with vista & when googling for drivers :p

Not sure whether that may be related to user account control, i found i was getting all sorts of memory exception messages, when i fist installed vista, with MP.
Installing as Admin account stopped these from happening as per here

Roy, shame on you, always got cold beer here :)

I've been using vista business at work for a while now and know all about the joys of UAC.

I made sure I disabled it before installation.

When I installed MP I do seem to remember that the visual C part took longer than normal. Praps I'll try a fresh install tonight.

I'm very impressed with the nova-t remote control. My little terrorist 1 year old son threw it in the bath last night and still worked after an hour drying out on the radiator.

He had the right idea, never thought of that, just threw mine in a cupboard, hopefully never to be seen again.

Hi, I didn't have SQL problems but just wanted to agree that on my Win7 system, a clean install of 1.36 TV server x86 does not work since it won't start the TV server configuration. Installing 1.33 first and upgrading to1.36 fixed the problem. Eggert

Just those I attached. I messed about with task priorities MP/TV-Server/SQL-Server and the issue changed to the skin.. I would do something, but it would be 10's of seconds before the action happened. Doing an Alt-Tab would flush the actions. Too weird lol!! So, with some flak from the family, I had to give in. I just did a...
