I have installed MediaPortal 1.1.0 RC1 rev25080 fresh on Windows7
When i try Preview analog tv channel in Tv server. I get a message Preview failed:NoVideoAudioDetected.

I checked the log file and found no audio was found after 15,0018581 seconds

My tv card is Cinergy HTC USB XS HD and I have installed Intervideo DVR3.

How to fix this?

I have searched on the forum and found non solution for the problem.

I have the same tuner, with Windows7 64bit, but when I try to scan for channels on the analog card I got an error saying:
"Please install a supported audio/video encoder for your software analog card"

The same tuner is working with MCE, and the Terratec Home Cinema software too. So what kind of encoder should I install?

You should install Intervideo DVR3 encoder. google it "dvr3 trail" and then you can scan analog channels.

mydexterid With Terratec Home Cinema software on Windows7 32bit I can only watch analog tv channels. My version is 6.14.00 latest and can't record anything. Can you record analog tv on Windows7 with Terratec Home Cinema?

But I don't exactly understand why I need the intervideo dvr3 encoder, if I can already watch/scan analog tv with terratec home cinema, and MCE?

I haven't tried to record video with home cinema, but with mce it works.

Okey, after installing that codec and setting all up, i've got it working, but:
Sometimes after a few seconds (15-20) the picture freezes, audio stops, then I have to turn off/on tv
to make it work again.
Other times the audio stutters a bit.

Weird..
Did you noticed this kind of failure?

No, because I can't get picture or audio in preview on tv server.
Can you attachment your tv.log here
