Hello!
I've been using mediaportal for about 6 months now and it's everything I could ask for in a media center front end. I've searched the forums as far as I can for an answer to my question, and I'm hoping for some advice or clarification:
When I rip CD's, I also tend to scan in not only the front cover but also the booklet, back cover, CD etc. Usually these are kept in the same directory as the folder.jpg image. I was hoping that mediaportal would not only show an image of the folder.jpg when I'm playing an album but also the other artwork, but I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried labelling the artwork folder.jpg, folder2.jpg and so on, or just leaving the filenames as they are. I've also tried allowing other images aside from folder.jpg to be used, and it doesn't seem to work either. As much as I liked the artwork rotation allowed by letting mediaportal dig up artwork from the web, I found the number of poor quality or unrelated images a bit of a hindrance, so disabled it.
Is there any way to get mediaportal to rotate the now playing artwork with multiple .jpg images from the album directory?
