Hello Everybody,
since i have upgraded my nvidia-driver from 170.X to 190.28 i can't watch TV anymore.
The DVB-S Card works before the upgrade properly. now i get "could not start timeshift - could not start graph ".
HD and other Video works fine under Media Portal. Also i have reinstalled the XP DvB-Fix, but the same problem
are there anybody with similar problems with new nvidia driver?
the video performance of 190.X Driver is in my case much better than before... @ h264 1080p runs liquid with max 30% CPU Load.
GPU is 8300 onboard / AMD Athlon X2 5050e
DVB-S2 Card is Technisat SkyStar HD2
thx 4 reply
----edit------
oh sry i overlook something!
The EinsFestival HD- and CANAL+ Channel seems to work well!
The problem seems to be only with SD-TV channels....
is it possible that mediaportal's MPA Codec not work on modern NVIDIA Driver with CUDA Support???
if yes, what is the codec recommendation....for h264 i use coreavc and i'm funny with that.
i dont wont downgrade to previous version because 1080P HD-Video bucks heavy...
thanks a lot for your feedback
