I have noticed something new that I want to understand ;)
When switching between TV and DVD using Nvidia Decoder the Hardware acceleration only get set (in decoder property screen) when in TV not DVD (see pic). Is this correct or a bug??

You have set the DVD option to "Turn off DxVA" in Configuration->DVD->DVD Codec
Uncheck that option and you'll get H/W acceleration in DVD's also.
