Yes but only under conditions:
I have it working:
1: I have installed the latest SVN, 0.2.2.0 I dont know
2: remove all codecs
3: install Haali filter
4: install ffdshow
5: install AC3 filter
6: install VOBSub
7 in MP config.exe at the video part select VObsub autoload and make MP load the autoload Vobsub
8: play the mkv file
10 press context menu ( i on MCe remote ) and choose switch audio. ( caution, frequent switching caused my MP to crash

To other people reading about this 'issue', Doskabouter provided me with a fix/patch. It is a modified version of tswriter.ax which solved the problem with dolby digital plus audio.
