Why does MP use ".png" pictures generated from the system fonts as the source for text display? Don't you know such a method will restrict the language support? Languages such as Chinese and Korean(which is far more complex) will never be supported, unless such strange programming idea is abandoned. By the way, why "Korean" is available in the language list? Don't you know it doesn't work?

It does so because DX9 has little to no features for rendering text, the technique used by MP is considered the standard way of rendering text. DX10 will introduce some cool new features that will fix this problem.

Reading your post makes me feel like I used to when I was in school and was stood in front of the headmaster being told off for something :(.

So you mean MP will try to make a newly built structure after the release of DX10 or it'll never be able to support these languages?

No, MP will be getting a new skinning engine based on WPF and will no longer have to worry about DX9's failings. Watch the home page for news relating to this and its general availability.

There are existing threads on support for Chinese text, search for posts by Isaac Lin. Its probably worth getting involved in those threads if you want to discuss possible solutions before the new skinning engine is available.
