opening external winamp stream from within MP (1 Viewer)

is it possible to launch a winamp NSV stream from within the MP menu (using My Programs plugin for example)?

basically i want to be able to chose an option from a menu and it loads winamp and plays the selected stream.

i have 2 streams that i would like to be able to chose from.

format is :

http://username:password@72.232.10.242:5678;stream.nsv
